What we’ll ask you for
- Crash report, if there is one
- Photos of the vehicles and your injuries
- Your insurance and the other driver’s
- Medical bills so far
An illustration, not a prediction of what your case is worth. Both fees are figured on the full settlement; case costs, medical bills and liens are paid from your share the same way at any firm.
How it works
Three steps, mostly from your phone. No waiting room.

Tell us what happened.
Send your case with our short online form, with any photos or documents you have. A licensed Texas attorney reviews every case, and we tell you when to expect an answer. You see your attorney’s name and Texas license, and can ask them anything, before you sign.

We build your case.
Our software organizes your records, requests what’s missing, builds a timeline of your treatment, totals your bills and tracks every deadline. A trained case team checks the work.

We pursue your recovery.
Your attorney reviews your case, advises you and negotiates with the insurance company. Nothing goes to the insurer or a court without your attorney’s approval, and you decide every offer. If the insurer won’t make a fair offer, we file a lawsuit, and your fee stays 10%.
Why 10% works
Your fee doesn’t change what your case is worth. It changes how much of it you keep. We charge less because we spend less, not because we do less.
What we don’t pay for
- No billboards or TV ads
- No downtown office
- No one retyping letters
Where our 10% goes
- Software that does the paperwork
- A trained case team that checks it
- A licensed Texas attorney who reviews, advises and negotiates

Questions people ask
What is the attorney fee?
10% of the total amount recovered, and it stays 10% even if we go to trial. Case costs and liens are paid from your share after the fee. A one-third fee is common for Texas injury cases.
What do I pay if we lose?
Nothing. If there is no recovery, you owe no fee and no case costs. We advance the case costs while your case is open.
Does the fee go up if my case goes to trial?
No. Our fee stays 10% whether the case settles early or goes all the way to trial. At many firms the percentage goes up once a lawsuit is filed.
How can you charge only 10%?
Software does the paperwork: it organizes your documents, requests records, builds a timeline of your treatment, totals your bills and tracks every deadline. A supervised case team checks the work, and a licensed Texas attorney reviews and approves it. We don’t pay for billboards, TV ads or a downtown office, so we don’t need a third of your settlement.
What are case costs, and who pays my medical bills and liens?
Case costs are money spent on your case, such as medical records, police reports, filing fees and expert reports. We advance them, and they are repaid from your share of the recovery at exactly what they cost, with no markup. Medical bills and liens (money owed to doctors, hospitals or your health insurer) are also paid from your share, the same way at any firm. If there is no recovery, you owe no fee and no case costs.
Does the fee change what my case is worth?
No. Your fee doesn’t change what your case is worth. It changes how much of it you keep. On the same settlement, a 10% fee leaves more of it for you than a one-third fee does; the calculator shows the math.
How long will my case take?
A straightforward car accident claim often settles within a few months of finishing treatment. A case that goes to a lawsuit can take a year or more. The biggest factor is how long your medical treatment takes, because a claim can’t be valued until the injury is understood.
Who is my lawyer, and can I talk to them?
A licensed Texas attorney of 10flat Law PLLC is responsible for your case. You see your attorney’s name and Texas license, and can ask them questions by message or call, before you sign anything, and you can request a call with them at any stage. Before you decide on any offer, your attorney advises you.
I already have a lawyer. Can I switch?
In Texas you can change lawyers at any time. Your current lawyer may be owed for work already done, and we explain anything your previous lawyer is owed before you switch. If you want to talk about switching, say so in your case request and an attorney will explain how it would work.
What does the AI do, and who sees my information?
Software, including AI tools, organizes the documents you send, builds timelines, totals bills and prepares drafts. A licensed attorney reviews and approves legal work, and nothing goes to an insurer or a court without your attorney’s approval. Only the people working on your case can see your information. We don’t sell it. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Which cases qualify?
Injury cases in Texas: car and truck accidents, slip and falls, medical and dental injuries and more. We review every case, whatever its size. A licensed Texas attorney decides whether to accept it, and we tell you when to expect an answer. It’s free to find out if we can help.
Which cases don’t you take?
Cases outside Texas, cases where we have a conflict of interest, and claims an attorney decides we can’t pursue after review, for example where the facts don’t support a claim. If we can’t take your case, a person tells you, along with any deadline you need to know about.
We’re putting an end to high legal fees.
You’ve been through enough. Let us handle the legal part. We win when you win. Simple as that.
